Who We Are
Since 2011, Sreyka Smile has supported children and youth in Cambodia on their path toward independence.

Our Vision
We envision a Cambodian youth growing up with dignity, confidence, and hope.
Every child has the right to education, health, psychosocial support, and inclusion.
By working hand in hand with youth, their educators, and families, we aim to give them the means to build an autonomous and sustainable future.

Today
Sreyka Smile continues its university, educational, psychosocial, and disability support programs.
Many of the young people we have accompanied have now grown up: they work, some have become parents, and they lead autonomous, stable lives.
They remain connected to each other and to the association, forming a supportive community that embodies genuine youth leadership.
In fall 2025, we launched the English version of our podcast, Trajectories, to share these voices and stories with a wider international audience.
Our Team
Only team members based in Cambodia receive a salary or stipend — all others contribute voluntarily.
